Assignments:

This AOF Plan will be for Teens

  • Complete the CHI Workshop to learn the CHI plan
  • Need gifting in the area of Music, Drama or both
  • Join a Community or Church Group to connect in this assignment
  • Know how to connect people in the fields of their music or drama interest
  • Assign volunteers to survey community for those interested in music, band, or drama fields
  • This leader will work with the outreach leader in assignment
  • Will need volunteers and Church's and Business Professional leaders 
    for the provision music and band equipment and sound systems
  • Choose Team Singer Leader over singing group
  • Choose a Team Band Leader over Band group
  • Choose Drama Leader over Drama Team
  • This Leader will be responsible for selected wording for music field
  • Choose volunteer leader as Director for arrangements of performances and places to get bookings
  • Will plan schedule times for group meetings and practice
  • Choose helpers for the moving of equipment and materials
  • Choose Telephone follow-up team for calling those registered in community
  • Choose Visitation team to follow-up on all talents
  • Choose Follow-up volunteers in group assignments
  • Will connect with Church and Community leaders in the AOF and CHI Plan to get those interested in talents of drama and music from the Church and Community
  • Church Leader in Music or Drama field will survey community to  register all talent in community
  • All Music and Drama teams will come together each month for events
  • AOF Leaders will come together for events monthly also
  • AOF Leader will be responsible for paper work and assignments of team leaders such as Drama leader, Band Group leaders and Singing group leaders
  • Must have all forms prepared each month to hand up to those promoted to City Leadership over Community groups
  • Church and Community Hope International will receive copies of reports made available in Report Book
