Assignment:

• Complete CHI workshop to learn the Community Plan.
• Attend Community People Group Meetings. 
•  Train volunteers and assistance for this responsibility.
• Contact volunteers who own businesses that will supply transportation for community needs.
• Need volunteers for travel in Community events in cities and states.
• Team of people getting transportation for the travel needs of Band groups, Drama groups and Singing groups.
• Transportation team of volunteers will be needed to attend events and  transport groups to places of performances, auditions and meetings.
• Transportation will be used for the use of elderly and all who have a transportation need within the community.
• Transportation leader will be responsible for signing up right drivers for the job.
• Contact churches within your community who will also share transportation and services within the community.
• Receive personal donations in the behalf of CHI Plan from those who want to share in meeting financial needs for community groups.
• Get information from those within community who want to give transportation to CHI department for the distribution of needed area, or to give to someone in community with a desperate need.
• Fill out all reports and give to Community People Group Teacher Leader.
• Group reports will report money spent on travel such as gas, oil etc.
• Records will be given on those who give toward this need for the Community.
