Opportunity


  • When You sign-up as a member of the CHI Plan in your community you will then have opportunity to get in the CHI workshop to learn  how the plan works for your community. You may also volunteer to teach workshops on how the plan works.
  • As you gain knowledge and understanding of how the CHI Plan works,  you may also start a Community Group in the field of your interested. 
  • You will train an assistance in your field of interest to continue the group  as you move to the next level.
  • As the group grows and others in your community join in your efforts in the field of interest, the groups will multiply very quickly.


Promotions


  1. You will start as CHI Group Leader
  2. May choose to start as a Team Member
  3. As your CHI group grows, assistance will become the leader.
  4. You will oversee the leader of that CHI group.
  5. Next promotion will be to oversee several community groups.
  6. Promotion to City level overseeing community groups.
  7. Promotion to State level overseeing city leaders.
  8. Promotion to Regional leader overseeing state leaders.

  • People of many different fields will become leaders and train assistance's. With this experience you may also teach others with a greater understanding of how the Plan works.

The CHI Plan will grow very fast because of community needs and because needs  are being met.


Example: When the homes with in the community are surveyed and survey cards are filled out, there will be many volunteers.
The Cards will tell us who needs economical, financial, or Spiritual help. As we help a family in an area of their need they will in turn get involved in the CHI Plan to help some one else in another area of need.
Example: If one needs food, clothing or financial aid, then they may have a skill or training in another area and could fix a roof or door on someone's home. They then become a member of the plan and attend the CHI group meetings within their own community. People will receive help and also give help.

As CHI groups grow in communities individual funders and funding organizations that provide funding for the CHI Plan will experience much more effectiveness in their funding efforts.

This is because those who received help will also help others.

Career Opportunity

  1. As leaders reach the top level they may continually work in the field
    of interest that they obtained in moving up.
  2. Each will increase in paid positions as they fulfill their purpose.


Educational Opportunity

  1. Leaders in business and job services will volunteer to provide training to those
    who need help in these fields.
  2. Leaders in the field of drama will have opportunity to train others.
  3. Leaders in the field of Music or Band will train others.
  4. Leaders providing in these educational fields will also have opportunity to move up into promotional levels in paid positions.
