Assignments:

• A business leader needs to be in every community group
• Business leader must attend CHI workshop to learn the Plan
• Will train assistance to work in community group
• Assistance and team of volunteers and CHI members will attend CHI workshop
• Business Leader in the group will work with the Ministry Outreach Leader
• Some of the assignments will come from the Ministry Outreach Leader
• Business leader and team will contact people of all professions and services through telephone and survey cards within community
• Through contacting professions and services, arrangements to meet the needs of people will be provided
• Business leader will receive survey cards or registration cards from churches and community outreach groups. Those who have an interest in providing professional services for the needs of people in community will be contacted
• The business leader will assign heads over different types of services and work provided, working with Group teacher and Outreach Leader
• This team will contact businesses and companies to donate needed supplies for needs within community groups
• Business leader will also have a team of people for telephone follow-up and a staff leader making appointments to meet with providers and to pick up donations
• Each leader or head in business leader group or services group will provide required paper work on donations and services provided

Example of Services needed for Community:
Construction, Painters, Automotive, Optical, dental, Cleaning Services, Beauty Shop, Job Skill Training, Job Service, Landscaping, Yard Work, Gutter Work, Plumbing and Electrical and many others.
