• Attend the CHI Training Workshop, to learn the Plan Choose volunteers and team for surveying community to inform those  in community of the CHI Plan bringing together all within the community interested in music, Band or Drama
• Community will also be surveyed to find out those interested in the CHI Plan for community in other areas, along with who needs help and who desires to help in the Music field
• This Leader will also assign Christian volunteers to carryout the Great Commission  in these groups following the CHI Plan
• Need a good understanding of Praise and Worship Music and  Godly relationship
• Responsible for music selections, must lift up Jesus and give glory to God
• Know how to put together groups with talents in the music field
• Will choose volunteers and assistance in the music field
• From survey cards and registration, choose volunteers who were interested  in Telephone follow-up and Visitation follow-up after survey cards are turned in
• These people will have assignment books to know how to carry out their assignment
• Choose follow-up people to follow-up on group assignments
• Church teams and Community teams will work together in theCHI Plan
• Churches and Community Groups will sign-up for Power-Point presentations to see the initial CHI Plan. Those in the Church groups and Community groups  will at time fill a form of choices stating their area of interest.
• This will go to Leaders of Groups
• Churches and community groups will work together with a community  plan for provision of Band and Music equipment and sound systems for the community outreach
• Appoint from volunteers and community surveys a Team Singer Leader
• Appoint from volunteers and community survey Team Band Leader and Team Drama Leader
• Choose a Director from community survey and volunteers for  performance arrangements and places for bookings 
• This Leader will plan schedule times for group meetings and CHI group practices
• Choose and assign people responsible for the moving of sound equipment
• All Music Team leaders in Church and Community will work the Community Hope International Plan together
• Music Team leaders will be responsible for planning monthly meetings and putting together band and music groups from communities
• Responsible in getting all paper work assignments to music leader, band leader and drama leader
• Must make sure all forms and paper work is completed each month and made ready to give to next level or City Leader who has been promoted from Community Leader to City Leader
• Church and Community Hope International department will receive copies of paper work as well as leaders

Promotions to City Leadership and State Leadership and Regional will be available.

Free continued education in music and Band will be available to those in these groups with career opportunity.
